It's ancient. Tarot cards are ancient. They are older than most languages and writings. It's phenomenal that they are still used today exactly the same way they were used many years ago. If they weren't helpful, they wouldn't be so popularly used.

Elmira school board considers ban on 'hoodies'

If hoods are such an issues, maybe they need to start teaching kids other methods of keeping warm. Like long underwear, t-shirts under your shirts, thick socks, cotton hats instead of baseball caps, and the such. Maybe bring back the fad of legwarmers.
